Comprehensive Dental Services
Whitening:
Our noninvasive in-house whitening treatment can enhance your smile by 1-3 shades. We use a professional-grade 40% hydrogen peroxide gel, applied 2-3 times in 20-minute sessions for safe and effective results.
Fillings:
A filling is recommended when a small amount of tooth structure is compromised from a cavity, or a tooth has a minor fracture that does not require a full coverage crown. The material used is a resin composite that will be closely matched to your natural tooth color.
Crown:
A crown is recommended when a significant portion of the natural tooth structure is damaged by an old filling that is failing, fractured or decaying. In these cases, a crown helps restore strength, function and longevity to the tooth. A crown can also be chosen for cosmetic reasons, helping enhance the overall appearance of your smile. Our crowns are crafted from high quality ceramic materials for a natural look and feel. We use either zirconia or a lithium disilicate known as EMAX.
Bridge:
A dental bridge is a fixed solution used to replace one or more missing teeth. It works by anchoring artificial teeth to the natural teeth on either side of the gap, restoring function and appearance.
Implant Crowns:
An implant crown is often the best option for replacing a missing tooth due to its natural feel, ability to preserve bone, and long-term success. To qualify for an implant, there must be enough bone to support a titanium post, which is placed by an oral surgeon or periodontist and integrates with the jawbone over time.
Sealants:
Sealants are a preventive treatment for children and young adults, used to protect the deep grooves on molars from cavities. A thin protective coating is applied to the chewing surfaces to help block bacteria and food particles.
Scaling and Root Planing:
For patients with plaque or tartar buildup beneath the gums, or signs of bone loss, a deeper cleaning known as scaling and root planing may be needed. This procedure, performed by our skilled hygienist, is done under local anesthesia to ensure comfort and helps reduce gum inflammation and bleeding.
Root Canal:
A root canal is needed when the pulp inside a tooth, containing nerves and blood vessels, becomes inflamed or infected. This treatment relieves pain and saves the tooth, whether it’s a natural tooth or one already restored with a crown.
Extraction:
An extraction is recommended when a tooth cannot be saved due to extensive decay, a root fracture, advanced periodontal disease, or a poor prognosis after failed root canal retreatment.
Night Guard:
Night guards are custom-made appliances for patients who grind or clench their teeth during sleep or experience TMJ (temporomandibular joint) discomfort. They help protect the teeth from wear, fractures, and joint pain.
Dentures/ Partials:
A denture or partial is a removable appliance designed for patients missing all or some of their teeth. It helps restore facial shape, aesthetics, and chewing ability and is typically removed at night for cleaning.
Implant Retained Denture:
Implant-retained dentures offer a more stable and functional alternative to traditional dentures. Anchored by implants placed by an oral surgeon, they provide better chewing ability, improved speech, and enhanced confidence with a secure fit.
